1What are the check-in and check-out times for my accommodation?
Check-in from 4:00 PM and on the last day you must leave the accommodation by 10:00 AM. On request it is sometimes possible to check out by 10:30 AM at the latest.
2Is there a cleaning fee?
For a short stay of 1 night, the cleaning fee is € 10.
3Is it possible to place extra beds in my apartment?
In some apartments it is possible to add an children's cot and/or extra sleeping accommodation for adults. Ask for availability.
4Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen is included in the price and towels including dish and tea towel are also included.
5What is in the bathroom?
In the bathroom you will find towels, hair dryer, cleaning agent for the toilet, toilet paper, toilet brush and a trash can. Shampoo and soap are not available.
6What equipment is available in the kitchen?
In all our kitchens you will find a 2 burner electric hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, refrigerator and a combi microwave.
7Can I park my car safely?
You can park your car for free in our own spacious car park. It is only accessible in the evening after 11:00 PM with a key-card that you receive with your room documents.
8Can I park my (electric) bicycle safely?
For our guests there is a closed bicycle cellar with floor anchors for storing the bicycles.
9What are the facilities for my (electric) bicycle?
There is a charging point for the electric bicycles. You can also clean your bike with our water hose.
10Is there a possibility to sit outside?
Our guests can use our spacious garden behind the apartment complex where you can sit and enjoy the sun.
